Firstly, about your doubts, response as followings:
1. Speed: It’s no problem. our machine is equipped with servo motor, which can adjust the program to match your production speed (you mentioned 6 M/minute). please don’t worry about this point.
2. Installation and commissioning: Generally, you can finish the work by yourself. because it is very easy, you just need to put the three main parts (Tension control part + coiling and strapping machine +(ejection) conveyor part) together and connect the electricity and the gas,then it can work successfully. of course, if needed, our technical man can go to your factory to finish this work, but you need pay for the Air ticket, room and food, and $90 per day for each Engineer.
3.Power voltage: it’s no problem. We can supply 480v 60 HZ 3 phase according to your requirement.
4.Meter counter:the range you mentioned ( .01M- 200 M) is no problem.
5.Adjustable width and the ID size range: our machine don’t need to replace the shafts,this is also the advantage of our machines. It fits all the sizes within the design’s size range (you mentioned the final size range in your last email: WIDTH: 101-305 MM
ID: 203-330 MM ； OD: 400-600 MM ；WEIGHT 6 KGS – 20 KGS. All the size is no problem. I will revise the newest technical parameters in the quotation, you can check it.) following is from the newest quotation.
Remark: about you mentioned new additional coil size: 160mm ID; 400 MM OD; 100 MM Width,
the OD and width is no problem, but the ID 160mm is much smaller than the min ID 203mm we confirmed before, there may be extra cost because we need to customize the axis to fit the new big size range(ID: 106-330 MM). so dear, please confirm this point with your people, if you really need to make min ID 160mm, the cost will need to be added USD 1000 into the total price. thanks for your understanding.
